Responsibilities:

Connect authentically with guests to ensure a consistently remarkable experience.
Communicate extensive knowledge of activities, food, and bar menus effectively.
Prepare beverages according to Shorty's X specifications and recipes.
Accommodate guest requests and suggestions thoughtfully.
Ensure guest satisfaction and engage managers when necessary to resolve issues.
Assist bartenders and servers with bar or floor maintenance, running food or beverages, side duties, and payment processing.
Learn and memorize new menu items and procedures.
Maintain a safety-focused mindset regarding food safety, potential hazards, and allergy policies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of bartending or relevant front-of-house experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Genuine, charming, vibrant, and team-oriented personality.
Reliable, upbeat, and guest-focused, even during busy shifts.
Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
Excellent team communicator.
