Title: Bartender

As a Bartender, you will be a key member of our Front of House team, bringing energy, connection, and care to every guest interaction while crafting memorable moments behind the bar.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar® area.
Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Ability to stand for 8 hours or more daily and lift items up to 25 pounds.
Ability to bend, kneel, and maintain a guest-oriented, patient mindset.
Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
Reliable transportation required.
Must be at least 18 years old for Front of House positions.
