Title: Bartender

Hourly Rate: $11.30

Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with guests, answer questions, take orders, deliver drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
Serve alcohol responsibly by adhering to service limits and portion control.
Verify guests meet the minimum legal drinking age prior to serving.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the day and follow clean-as-you-go procedures.
Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum guest service.
Maintain the condition and cleanliness of bar tools and equipment, including CO2 lines, soda tanks, and soda guns.

Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
Contribute to team goals.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
