Bartender

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to members, guests, and visitors by taking food and drink orders and preparing beverages with accurate measurements.
- Ensure all guests’ needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, tables, and ashtrays.
- Manage beverage and food-related transactions according to management procedures.
- Receive, issue, and record liquor and supply inventory.
- Build positive relationships by greeting members warmly and anticipating their needs.
- Assist the Beverage Manager with promotional sales and ideas.
- Verify receipts and complete side work as well as daily reports.
- Cross-train as a server, taking orders, assembling trays, clearing dishes, and serving desserts and coffee.
- Strive for continuous improvement in knowledge, service quality, and member satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of bartending or service experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old to pour alcohol.
- Possess or obtain an Alcohol Safe Service Certificate within 30 days of hire.
