Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Line Cooks, Servers, Waitstaff, Bus Boys, and Bartenders to join our busy new Mexican restaurant. Successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal team members are dedicated, creative, and committed to delivering outstanding experiences for our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
- Prepare and present food in an appealing manner
- Supervise and delegate tasks to team members
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and restock as needed
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification required
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
