Title: Bartender - Simpsonville Chili's
Role Overview: Our bartenders mix more than great drinks! They serve amazing food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere with hospitality that is uniquely Chili's. If you take pride in providing excellent service and love making people feel special, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
- Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist guests and team members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Keep glasses, bar equipment, and work areas clean
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
About You:
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
- Meet minimum age requirements in your locality for serving alcohol
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to frequently reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Team player
- Previous bartending experience is a plus
