Job Description
Title: Bartender
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver top-notch service using Spare Time’s Steps of Service
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and dining room guests
- Know the menu thoroughly and make great recommendations
- Share excitement about events, attractions, and specials
- Run the bar efficiently while managing multiple guests
- Support the team by bussing tables, assisting with food prep when needed, and keeping areas clean and stocked
- Operate the POS system confidently and handle payments accurately
- Complete opening and closing duties and required shift paperwork
- Maintain clean equipment and work areas following health and safety standards
- Monitor alcohol consumption and consistently check IDs
