The Difference You Will Make: As a Bartender, you will be responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar in your assigned area. This role requires strong multitasking skills to coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, address customer needs, and ensure quality service with professionalism. You will maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools to ensure drink quality and accuracy.

Location and Travel: Position based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH with occasional local and out-of-state travel.
