The Difference You Will Make As a Bartender, you will be responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar within your assigned area. This role requires strong multitasking skills to coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, address customer needs, and ensure quality service with a professional demeanor. You will maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools to ensure drink quality and accuracy.

Physical Demands and Work Environment The job requires long periods of standing and walking across dining rooms, kitchens, and service areas. Duties involve handling food and beverage items, reaching, talking, and hearing. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling may be necessary. Vision requirements include close and distance vision and the ability to focus.
Work is performed in a restaurant environment, including kitchen areas.
Location and Travel Position based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH with occasional local and out-of-state travel.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, ServSafe certification, and TABC certification where applicable. A minimum of two years of bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required.
