Position Overview: We are seeking a confident, professional, and personable VIP Cocktail Server to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-tier service to our VIP guests, ensuring an elevated and seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to VIP tables
- Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs
- Maintain a polished, upscale appearance and demeanor
- Accurately take and process orders in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and security to ensure smooth service
- Uphold all safety, alcohol service, and venue policies
- Handle payments and maintain accurate tabs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or upscale lounge preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of premium spirits, champagne, and cocktails
- Experience with POS systems
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to upsell
