Job Title: Bartender, Multi-Venue - Caravan Court, Arlington, TX

Position Type: Full Time Location: Caravan Court - Arlington, TX 76011 Reports to: Beverage Manager Status: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional beverage service across multiple bar concepts, including martini lounge, rooftop bar, and pool bar.
Adapt service style seamlessly between upscale, high-touch settings and fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Build rapport with guests to create memorable and repeatable experiences.
Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages: craft cocktails, beer, wine, and batch-style drinks.
Execute classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and perform flair bartending when appropriate.
Upsell premium spirits, signature cocktails, and wines to drive revenue.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage menus and seasonal offerings.
Work across multiple bar venues based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
Assist with setup, breakdown, restocking, and maintaining par levels.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Follow proper cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures.

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience required; experience in both craft cocktail and high-volume environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine.
Experience or willingness to learn flair bartending techniques preferred.
Proven ability to upsell and drive revenue.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to remain composed and efficient in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications, or ability to obtain.

Work Environment:

Multi-venue operation including martini lounge, rooftop bar, and pool bar.
Mix of upscale intimate settings and high-energy, high-volume environments.
Indoor and outdoor service with possible exposure to weather conditions.
Schedule varies based on business levels, seasonality, and special events.
