Our Team: Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Live Oak Bar Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. We value teamwork, dedication, and excitement in serving our guests, recognizing that success depends on cooperative efforts and respecting each team member’s contributions.
Your Job: As Live Oak Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the overall customer experience and satisfaction within the Live Oak venue. You will supervise a team, manage training, conduct performance reviews, and oversee disciplinary processes. Given our 24/7 operation, flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Candidates should have two to three years of experience in food and beverage and possess strong knowledge of wine and beverage programs. TABC and Food Handlers certifications are required, along with proficiency in MICROS.
