Bartender
Torchy’s began in Austin, Texas, in 2006 and has grown from a food trailer to operating restaurants nationwide.
We are seeking outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure an excellent experience for every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Mix and serve cocktails based on company recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Learn the menu and offer recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide prompt and efficient service, accurately handling orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restock supplies, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience preferred.
- Valid state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules and hours.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for items on shelves at different heights.
