Job Description
Title: Bartender

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar is ideal
Responsibilities:
- Create memorable guest experiences working as part of a team behind the bar
- Maintain beverage program standards with knowledge of brand expectations and craft beverage techniques
- Follow service steps to meet brand standards
- Use Aloha POS to enter orders and process payments
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes
- Wash all barware
- Rotate shifts as Bar Back
- Manage cash properly
