Title: Specialty Bartender (Seasonal)

Compensation Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, plus tips

Location: 6770 Abrams Rd, Dallas, Texas, 75231

The Alamo Bar Crew are experts in mixology, delighting guests with craft cocktails, freshly poured draft beers (local and craft heavy), shakes, sodas, and other beverages ordered in the theater while prioritizing safety. CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Uphold behavior standards as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines
Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
Handle, organize, and prepare guest drink tickets efficiently and accurately
Use bar tools such as jiggers, measurers, spoons, and shakers according to Alamo protocols
Communicate needs and concerns regularly with teammates and managers
Clean, prep, organize, and maintain bar areas as needed
Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in a high-volume food or beverage environment preferred but not required
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and transport kegs weighing up to 130 lbs
Able to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
Schedule flexibility including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable wearing a face covering at all times
Ability to work in dimly lit and sometimes loud environments
Active alcohol certification and food handler certification as required by the state
Being a cinephile is a plus!

Lift up to 50 lbs and position kegs up to 130 lbs
Stand for extended periods
Move carefully in dimly lit and sometimes loud environments
Ability to climb stairs
