What You’ll Do:
- Bring the island spirit to life by making every guest feel at home
- Have complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
- Possess knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Verify proper government-issued identification of guests when alcohol is ordered, as required by law
- Maintain proper stock levels, including inventory control and ordering of perishables and spirits
- Help create a clean, safe, professional, and upbeat environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for the duration of the shift
- Safely operate equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, wine keys, and other bar tools
- Scheduled shifts based on business needs
