Job Description
Mexican Sugar is seeking a smart, stylish, and experienced bartender to deliver a fresher, lighter, and better Latin experience. Our bartenders excel in crafting small batch, fresh-crafted cocktails paired with luxurious service, staying two steps ahead of guest needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality cocktails using only fresh ingredients
- Provide exceptional and luxurious service to guests
- Maintain a balance of showmanship and efficiency
- Inspire teamwork by being a reliable resource for colleagues
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience, preferably LBW experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs
- Proficient in proper use of knives and bar equipment
- Current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification required
- Must follow proper sanitation procedures and alcohol sale regulations
