Job Purpose

The Bartender is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, making suggestions to improve the guest experience, and managing cash and financial transactions. This is achieved by maintaining a positive and inviting attitude, actively providing hospitality, and sustaining comprehensive knowledge of the venue’s food, beverage, and gaming options.

Bartenders are expected to have a working knowledge of the venue Beverage Recipe Book and participate in training to understand liquors, beers, wines, and other beverages offered.
