Experience with family entertainment centers is preferred but not required. POSITION SUMMARY The Barback is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs and exceeding service expectations while maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere. This position supports bartenders and contributes to maintaining Andretti’s high standards of guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet visitors warmly and professionally.
Deliver food and beverages following Andretti standards.
Collect, wash, sanitize, and restock all glassware and barware.
Re-stock bartender stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws, and napkins efficiently.
Keep all workstations clean and sanitary according to restaurant and health standards.
Maintain organized work areas and proactively clean and reset tables.
Dispose of broken glassware safely.
Rotate and restock produce, beer, and wine in coolers and liquor rooms.
Ensure drink inventory is full and well stocked.
Provide energetic guest service with urgency.
Monitor guests for safety and adherence to guidelines.
Assist with guest recovery to ensure positive experiences.
Maintain working knowledge of Andretti brand, products, policies, and procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Be familiar with facility emergency procedures.
Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.
Friendly, upbeat, and sociable attitude throughout shifts.
Ability to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
Regularly lift up to 15 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Capable of bending, reaching, turning, climbing, and organizing tasks.
Ability to communicate quickly and accurately.
Comfortable working in environments with bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds.
Manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment.
Adherence to safety standards at all times.
