Title: Specialty Bartender (Seasonal)

Location: 618 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas, 78216

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour plus tips

Description: The Alamo Bar Crew are experts in mixology, serving craft cocktails, freshly poured draft beers (local and craft), shakes, sodas, and other beverages ordered in the theater. They thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and detail. Teamwork is essential, and each member contributes to providing guests with an exceptional beverage experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Uphold company Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines
Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols
Organize and prepare guest drink tickets accurately and efficiently
Use required bar tools including jiggers, measurers, spoons, and shakers
Communicate regularly with teammates and managers
Clean, prep, organize, and maintain bar areas
Support food and beverage delivery as needed

Qualifications:

Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency
Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
Experience in high-volume food production preferred but not required
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and transport kegs up to 130 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
Comfortable wearing a face covering
Schedule flexibility including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to operate cautiously in dimly lit and sometimes loud environments
Being a cinephile is a plus
