Job Description
Title: Bartender
The Torchy's legacy began in Austin, Texas in 2006 and has since expanded to multiple states. Our mission is to be Damn Good, serving the Best Damn Tacos with passion and attention to detail.
We are looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to provide a full-service dining experience, including menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests in a welcoming, friendly manner.
- Mix and serve cocktails maintaining quality and consistency.
- Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance guest experience.
- Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant bartender.
- Valid state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
- Ability to work varied schedules and hours.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights.
