Title: Bartender Beach Club - Full Time Summer Seasonal

Location: Promontory Development, Park City, UT 84098 Position Type: Seasonal (Mid-May through Mid-September) Experience Level: Experienced Salary: Starting at $15.00 per hour plus tips, commensurate with experience

Promontory Club, located just outside Park City, Utah, is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Beach Club Bartender for a full-time summer seasonal position. The Beach Clubhouse offers a casual indoor/outdoor café environment with a Caribbean-inspired light lunch menu.

Responsibilities:

Greet members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
Engage members to build rapport
Prepare traditional cocktails using mixology techniques
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar area
Complete assigned opening and closing side work
Work independently and as part of a team; punctual and well-groomed (uniforms provided)
Follow all company safety and security policies; report accidents or unsafe practices
Maintain safety training and certification records
Perform other duties as assigned by the Beach Club Supervisor or Manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have or obtain Utah Food Handler’s Permit within two weeks of employment
Must possess recognized alcohol server training card by Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (UDABC)
Minimum two years bartending experience preferred
Experience in casual restaurant environments and POS software (Northstar) preferred
Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
