Job Title: Bartender
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Edison House is a social club in downtown Salt Lake City featuring a new 30,000 square foot clubhouse that includes two restaurant concepts, four bars, a workout facility, private event space, a concert venue, and a rooftop pool.
Job Summary: We are looking to build a team of creative, ambitious, and self-motivated bartenders to be part of a unique project in Salt Lake City. Our culture centers on creating special moments for our members, encouraging employees to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate memorable experiences for members by guiding them through our chef’s curated food menu and expertly crafted cocktail and wine programs.
- Maintain high service standards in an upscale social club setting.
- Work collaboratively within the team and remain open to feedback and coaching.
- Uphold professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in upscale or fine dining establishments.
- Proficiency in making craft cocktails and knowledge of wine preferred.
- Current Utah Food Handler and DABS Certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Detail-oriented, independent, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
