Position Overview

Willow Creek Country Club is seeking a friendly, energetic, and experienced PM Lead Bartender to create a welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in our Clubhouse Bar. This role combines hands-on bartending with leadership, training, inventory control, and collaboration with management to deliver an exceptional member and guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily bar operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality beverage service
Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards
Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for members and guests
Monitor inventory, assist with orders, and control beverage costs
Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, health codes, and safety regulations
Develop and update cocktail menus, specials, and seasonal offerings
Address member and guest concerns professionally and resolve service issues promptly
Keep bar areas, storage, and equipment clean and organized
Coordinate with clubhouse management and food service teams for daily operations and events
Assist with closing and securing the clubhouse after service
Perform additional duties as assigned by Clubhouse Management

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience with leadership or supervisory background
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Excellent member and guest service and communication skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management

Licenses & Certifications

Valid Driver’s License (Preferred)
SIPS & TIPS Certification (Required)
Food Handlers Permit (Required)

Physical Requirements

Compensation & Employment Details

$18–$20 per hour depending on experience, plus tips
