Job Description
Title: Bartender
Torchy’s started in Austin, Texas in 2006 and has since expanded to multiple states. Our mission is to be Damn Good, serving the Best Damn Tacos with passion and attention to detail.
We are seeking outgoing and friendly Bartenders to provide a Damn Good experience to every guest. Bartenders deliver full-service dining by knowing the menu and preparing cocktails following Torchy’s recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage guests in a welcoming and friendly manner.
- Mix and serve cocktails according to Torchy’s recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide prompt and accurate service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth service.
Requirements:
- Current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and reach shelves at various heights.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules and hours.
