**Bartender**

**Job Summary** At OTH Hotels Resorts, we believe in hospitality that’s human and unscripted. As a Bartender, you craft experiences beyond mixing drinks. **Key Responsibilities:**

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Engage guests with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and energetic presence reflecting Unscripted Hospitality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, tools, garnishes, and supplies.
Accurately handle cash, POS transactions, and reconcile guest tabs.
Verify guest identification and comply with all local and state beverage service laws.
Collaborate with servers and culinary staff for timely and seamless service.
Manage inventory by monitoring par levels, restocking items, and reporting shortages.
Address guest concerns or special requests with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for daily service or special events.
Support a respectful, team-oriented environment valuing safety and professionalism.

**Who You Are:**

Warm and charismatic communicator who thrives on personal connection.
Knowledgeable in drink preparation and bar operations with attention to detail.
Adaptable and calm in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
Skilled at multitasking while maintaining poise and professionalism.
Prior bartending or food & beverage experience required.
Knowledge of local/state liquor laws is a must.
Holds or is willing to obtain a valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, RVP, or equivalent).
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
