Bartender
Job Description
We are seeking an engaged bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience by preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will innovate while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly
- Take beverage orders from restaurant servers or directly from guests
- Mix drinks, cocktails, and other beverages as ordered, following company standards
- Ensure the bar area is fully stocked with necessary tools and supplies
- Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed
- Serve snacks or food to guests at the bar when appropriate
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass doors and windows
- Provide guests with information about resort activities, dining options, and general resort and regional details
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of bartending experience required
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Ability and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
