Job Description
Fircrest Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic Banquet Bartender to deliver excellent guest service by preparing classic and innovative drinks that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customer needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Learn and prepare Fircrest Golf Club's specialty mixers
- Verify customers’ identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain a guest-focused attitude to nurture a superior guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements:
- One to two years of relevant bartending experience
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Food Handler's Permit and MAST Permit required
- Experience in private clubs and craft cocktail preparation preferred but not required
