Pay Rate: $17.50 plus tips

Position Summary We are looking for a part-time Bartender to join our team at Crabtree Kitchen + Bar in Poulsbo. This role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for growth, and discounts on all meals. Enthusiastic employees may also participate in cross-training with High Spirits Liquor Store located in the same building.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Support staff within the bar as needed
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace
Take orders accurately and responsibly at all times
Present a friendly, personable, and approachable demeanor to guests
Monitor guest alcohol consumption to prevent overserving
Prepare drinks efficiently and accurately according to recipes
Develop a deep understanding of our brands, values, and community partnerships to assist customers effectively

Position Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Minimum 2 years bartending experience
Ability to obtain a MAST permit
Friendly, personable, and approachable with every guest
Strong communication skills, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
Excellent time management and a strong work ethic
Genuine interest in learning about our brands, values, and community involvement
