Position Purpose: Barbacks assist bartenders to deliver a high-quality guest experience in an energetic environment. Responsibilities include ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and efficiently running. This role requires multitasking, anticipating bartender needs, and strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Build rapport with guests, actively assist and communicate requests.
Maintain guest-facing bar area ensuring quick, efficient service.
Support bartenders by restocking products, preparing garnishes, and maintaining smooth workflow.
Communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure satisfaction.
Manage inventory effectively, ensuring proper stock levels and storage.
Adhere to cleaning and safety procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Arrive punctually and prepared for shifts, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
Efficiently complete opening, closing, and running duties.
Train new barbacks and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Maintain a positive attitude to enhance guest and staff experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Valid food handlers and alcohol certifications maintained throughout employment.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift over 50 lbs.
Availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Authorization to work legally in the U.S.
Ability to pass exams with 90% or better in Food and Beverage and training tests.

$21.30 hourly plus tips
