Overview

Apply your passion for mixology and attentive personality to create memorable guest experiences! As a Bartender, you will ensure guests enjoy a quality food and beverage experience, allowing them to lift their glass and cheers to a successful stay. Your ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while engaging guests supports our mission to build guest loyalty.

Responsibilities

Serve guests in the bar, restaurant, and room service attentively and efficiently.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks; serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Serve food prepared in the restaurant as needed.
Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
Complete guest orders and accurately collect payments.
Clean and wash barware, utensils, and bar area; restock and prep bar items as needed.
Assist with the quality, cleanliness, and organization of the bar, restaurant, and kitchen.
Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and beverage items.
Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Qualifications

Previous food and beverage or serving experience required; some locations may require bartending experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
