We are seeking a bartender who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow their bartending skills. Over the next year, we aim to expand our craft cocktail menu and create an experience that keeps guests coming back. If you want to learn the art behind great cocktails, we will teach you.
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow with us, with chances to take on more responsibility and eventually lead the bar.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while preparing drinks
- Maintain a professional and safe atmosphere
- Assist in expanding the craft cocktail menu
- Take on leadership responsibilities as experience grows
Requirements:
- No prior bartending experience required
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Reliable, honest, respectful, and professional
- Strong communication skills and a team player
We expect our bartenders to maintain professionalism at all times. Our customers trust us to provide a fun and safe environment. Bartending experience is a plus but not necessary; attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
