Job Title: Bartender

Position Snapshot: Ensure guests have an exceptional experience by providing fast, friendly service and attentiveness to their needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience through great food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
Communicate promptly with supervisors about any issues or unusual situations and take corrective action when necessary.
Create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members.
Adhere to all sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures.
Accurately operate credit card machines, handle cash, and maintain personal bank.
Assess guest behavior and report concerns to management.
Follow bar recipes to ensure consistency and cost control.
Maintain a clean and organized station, including setup and breakdown.
Greet guests promptly and accurately take food and drink orders.
Use the Micros system to enter orders quickly and correctly.
Complete opening and closing duties and assist with inventory and daily requisitions.
Support other team members and assist in party setup and breakdown as needed.
Maintain ongoing guest satisfaction by monitoring drink levels and clearing tables.
Foster a cooperative and positive working environment.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Basic communication skills in English.
Prior restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required.
Professional appearance adhering to dress code.
Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Physical Demands:

Work in environments with varying temperatures.
Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping.
Ability to stand or walk for 100% of the shift.
