Responsibilities
- Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
- Remain visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Keep glasses, bar equipment, and work areas clean
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations
- Meet local age requirements for serving alcohol
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to reach, bend frequently, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Team player
- Previous bartending experience is a plus
