Role Title: Bar Lead Manager: Restaurant/Hospitality Manager

Job Summary: The hospitality-driven Lead Bartender will support the beverage program alongside the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager. While this role does not include administrative people management such as scheduling or hiring, you will serve as the cultural anchor of the bar. Responsibilities include leading by example, training team members on drink designs, driving hospitality culture, assisting with beverage program development, managing inventory control, and overseeing opening and closing procedures.
