Position: Seasonal Bartender - Pool Bar Reports To: Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Director
Position Profile: Responsible for setting up, mixing drinks, serving guests, and maintaining the bar area while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards and profit goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers according to company guidelines, procedures, and safety policies.
- Perform all guest interactions in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
- Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age.
- Process guest checks, collect payments, and manage credits and room charges following company procedures.
- Complete liquor requisitions and maintain supply inventories.
- Comply with state liquor laws and obtain TIPS certification.
- Maintain established inventory pars.
- Perform side work duties as scheduled.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Three to six months in a food and beverage service environment.
- Ability to mix cocktails correctly and provide exceptional guest service.
- Skilled at multitasking and operating modern bar equipment.
- Manual dexterity to handle bar tasks and carry trays with food and beverages.
- Proficient in reading, speaking, and understanding English.
