Title: BARTENDER (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full-time Bartender positions.

Location: Art and Wellness Enterprise - 600 Museum Way, Bentonville, AR 72712. Note: Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time; Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. More details provided upon interview.

Requirements:

Previous bartending and supervisory experience is required.
Strong passion for hospitality and a flexible mindset to solve problems for guests.

Compensation:

Fixed pay rate: $18.70 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations concerning serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Set up assigned bars; requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
Greet guests courteously.
Take and process drink orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes with prudent portion control.
Verify guests’ proper identification.
Detect and act upon guest inebriation according to training.
Handle cash transactions, make change, verify charges, record sales, and execute vouchers properly.
Secure all beverage products, food, equipment, deposits, and cash at closing.
Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards; maintain an organized work area.
Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive bar display.
Wash and sterilize stemware.
Perform other duties as assigned.
