Title: Bartender or Server
Position Summary: We strive to create a memorable and unique guest experience where food and drinks complement exceptional service. As a Guest Service Support Expert, you will support smooth food and beverage operations by setting tables, assisting the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, and replenishing supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive food and beverage support to enhance the guest experience
- Set tables and assist the kitchen as needed
- Clean work areas and replenish supplies
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional environment
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication
- Perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, moving over various surfaces, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior related work experience required; experience in food and beverage is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, bending, and carrying
- No supervisory experience or certifications required
