Job Description: At Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, our retail outlets reflect the luxury of our hotels and the authenticity of our destinations. As a Pool Barback, you will provide professional, friendly, and engaging service while supporting bartenders and servers to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Consistently offer professional and friendly service
Assist bartenders and servers in all aspects of the dining experience
Inform guests about menu items and beverages
Ensure proper setup of all side stations
Maintain knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and menu items including preparation methods
Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
Adhere to safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Stock and maintain daily operating supplies
Maintain cleanliness of guest areas
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to remain calm, courteous, and attentive to guest needs at all times
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
