Job Description
Seacliff Inn, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Bartender to join the team. The Bartender will courteously and efficiently serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a friendly and cheerful demeanor to provide personalized service to guests.
Core Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Cheerfully wait on guests, make recommendations, and upsell.
- Create and serve beverages.
- Process cash and charge transactions accurately.
- Stock bar station with garnishments, bar mats, mixers, ice, and jiggers.
- Assist Food and Beverage Manager with stocking beverages and mixes.
- Prepare beverage stock for the next shift.
- Close checks and run end-of-shift reports.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar tables, chairs, stools, and counter surfaces.
- Adhere to food safety requirements.
- Report any missing or damaged property to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Support other team members and departments to ensure optimal department, restaurant, and hotel performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a cheerful attitude to interact effectively with guests and staff. Compliance with food safety standards and ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and cleaning are essential.

Pay Range: $16.90 per hour plus tips
