Job Description
Title: Bartender (Part-Time)
We are seeking a professional bartender who can expertly craft cocktails, maintain a clean and organized bar, and serve customers and servers with a positive and energetic attitude. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the latest mixology techniques, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to bar patrons.
- Prepare cocktails using proper proportions of ingredients such as liquor, soda, sugar, and bitters; slice and pit fruit for garnishing.
- Complete drink orders using pre-measured shot glasses to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in developing beverage recipes and creating signature drinks for the bar and lounge.
- Support bar inventory management.
- Provide full dinner service at the bar with appropriate food knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant and/or bartending experience required.
- Valid TIPS/RBS certification required.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
