Title: Lounge Bartender

About this Location: This position is located in Brea, California, a vibrant city in North Orange County known for its strong community values, exceptional quality of life, and dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:

Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks following standard recipes.
Serve wine, draught, and bottled beer.
Collect payments for drinks served.
Order and requisition liquors and bar supplies.
Arrange bottled goods and glasses for an attractive bar display.
Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks as needed.
Prepare appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
Maintain safety standards including occupancy limits, emergency exit accessibility, and smoke-free areas.
Verify and recognize valid in-state and out-of-state identification.
Always wear the required uniform and identification badge during shifts.
Support the company’s core values, mission, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry heavy trays.
Ability to use arithmetic to calculate costs and make change.
Manual dexterity to handle dishes, money, and merchandise.
Willingness to work a rotating part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.

Schedule & Hours: Part-time position with a rotating schedule Monday through Sunday. Flexibility to work any scheduled days and shifts including holidays is required.
