Server - Bartender
Job Description
Join our outstanding Food & Beverage team at The Quail as a Server–Bartender, where you will deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Location:
- Work at a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Ensure each guest receives consistent service and quality products.
- Sell and serve food and beverages in the Club's dining outlets.
- Execute all duties as requested by immediate supervisors.
- Perform basic table service.
- Participate in ongoing food, wine, and service education provided by management.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- 2 to 4 years of bartending experience.
- Valid Food Handler's and Responsible Beverage Service certifications.
- Ability to work early morning, day, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
- Prior experience in food and beverage.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Salary:
- $16.90 to $18.50 per hour.
