Title: Bartender (Veranda Luxe Cinema)

Classification: Part-Time Variable, Non-Exempt Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour Reports to: General Manager

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to cinema patrons.
Mix cocktails and maintain advertising displays to promote sales.
Stock and replenish supplies and merchandise.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including totaling bills, making change, and recording cash amounts.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and showroom.
Monitor safety and security issues, reporting concerns to management.
Verify legal drinking age and comply with state liquor laws and company policies.
Notify management of impaired customers and refrain from serving them alcohol.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum age of 21 years.
High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled).
Completion of Safe Beverage Service and Food Handlers training programs.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in English.
Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly during peak times.
Accurate cash handling and math skills.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds frequently.
Prior bartender or customer service experience preferred.
Reliable attendance.

Work Environment: This role is based in a movie theater and restaurant setting with variable lighting. The position is physically active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting throughout the shift.
