Job Title: Bartender

Supervisor: Shift Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Area Coach

Status: Non-Exempt

Basic Purpose: A Bartender enjoys working with people and is excited to be part of a winning team. The bartender creates a unique, personal experience for each guest through enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of beverage options.

Major Responsibilities:

Greet each guest with enthusiasm.
Take and ring orders, handle payments.
Prepare drinks as ordered.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the bar and seating areas (indoors and outdoors).
Ensure the bar is fully stocked for the shift.
Follow all policies regarding food safety, job duties, and code of conduct.
Be punctual and flexible with working hours.
Maintain a tidy appearance and work habits.
Follow Responsible Alcohol Service Policy, including checking identification to confirm legal drinking age.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Basic math and reading skills.
Minimum age: 21 years.
TIPS certification required.
At least 6 months bartending experience.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Must maintain current Health Card or Work Permits as required.
Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical motions.
