Title: F&B Cocktail Server at Oakland International Airport

Compensation: $17.37 per hour

Responsibilities:

Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them promptly
Deliver food and beverages to guests in assigned and other sections
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service and food quality
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times
Maintain table appearance by pre-bussing, checking drink levels, and removing clutter
Present checks for payment and provide change as needed
Follow company policies on customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling
Keep the station clean and properly set up and take down station tables

Requirements:

Must meet the state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
Minimum of 6 months related serving experience; experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining preferred
Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
Ability to lift or move up to 20 lbs
Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
Ability to read, speak, and comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with customers
Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
