Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to specifications
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient bar area
- Monitor and ensure guests do not exceed the allowed number of drinks
- Wash and sterilize stemware
- Comply with state and federal liquor laws, including ID verification and alcohol awareness procedures
- Build relationships with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Ability to mix drinks to specifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of proper liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to manage guest intoxication levels
