Title: Cocktail Server

Pay: $25/hour plus tips

Responsibilities:

Accurately take and deliver drink orders efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Greet and interact with guests
Recommend drinks or menu items based on guest preferences
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure compliance with legal regulations
Assist with bar preparation, restocking supplies, and opening/closing duties

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume establishment
Strong knowledge of spirits and a passion for mixology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
TIPS or similar certification (can be obtained upon hire)

Physical Demands:

Regular lifting, moving, and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds
Prolonged standing and walking during 6-8 hour shifts with breaks
Ascending and descending stairs regularly
Repetitive hand and wrist motions

Qualifications:

Advanced customer service, communication, and bussing skills
Team player with enthusiasm and eagerness
Preferred education: High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred certifications: Food Handler Certificate and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate
