Job Description Summary: Responsible for organizing and stocking bars with essential supplies and beverage products. Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment. Assists bartenders in serving beverages to guests as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain service stations and cleanliness of bars
- Stock prescribed bars and main coolers with beverage products
- Shovel ice from ice machines into ice bins
- Ensure a safe environment for team members and guests
- Adhere to all State, Federal, Company, and Tribal liquor regulations related to alcohol service
- Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience
- Must be able to communicate in English
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1.5 miles and climbing stairs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Exposure to smoke-filled environments
- Moderate to high noise levels (especially in casino areas)
- Must be able to lift and carry goods weighing at least 25 lbs intermittently
- Dexterity in using office equipment such as computer keyboard, calculator, and multi-line telephone
