Title: Bartender

This role is ideal for a confident, experienced individual with a strong understanding of delivering excellent hospitality. Responsibilities:
- Be fully knowledgeable about the food, beer, wine, and spirits offered.
- Monitor and limit potential problems related to customers' excessive drinking.
- Provide exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards daily.
- Create drink recipes, stock the bar, and maintain a clean work station.
- Build positive rapport with guests to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Successful completion of a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for 6 or more hours daily.
- Repetitive use of hands required (grasping, pushing, pulling, fine manipulation).
- Possible exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, and temperature extremes.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage: $16.90
